By accessing and submitting this application for the BCF/Emerge Local Impact Investment Micro-Loan Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility Requirements: You confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the program, including being a participant in Emerge Innovation Hub programs, having a minimum credit score of 570, and meeting all personal and business financial requirements.

Accuracy of Information: All information provided in this application must be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate disqualification of your application and potential ineligibility for future funding opportunities.

Credit Report Authorization: You agree to work with Emerge Innovation Hub to provide your most recent credit report through Experian. You will sign a credit report authorization form and share access to your credit report with the necessary parties involved in the loan review process.

Loan Obligations: By applying for this loan, you understand that if approved, you are responsible for repaying the loan according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, a negative impact on your credit score, and potential legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

Review and Approval Process: You acknowledge that your application will be reviewed by the BCF/Emerge Local Impact Investment Micro-Loan Committee, and that the final decision on your loan will be made by this committee and subject to approval by the BCF Board.

Confidentiality and Data Use: All personal and business information provided in this application will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of evaluating your loan application. However, aggregated and anonymized data may be used for the Emerge Business Directory as well as reporting and program evaluation purposes.

Program Participation: You understand that participation in Emerge Innovation Hub programs is a key component of this loan application, and your engagement with Emerge’s programs may be considered in the evaluation of your application.
